Abstract

The Eszterházy Károly Catholic University (EKKE) Faculty of Pedagogy is implementing a talent development program entitled ’Initial steps towards an academic career’ between September 1, 2023 and August 31, 2024. The program is implemented with the support of the Hungarian National Talent Programme (Nemzeti Tehetség Program) and the Ministry of Culture and Innovation  (application ID: NTP-STEM-23-0004). This study presents some methodological solutions of this program.
